The next time you feel like GOD can't use YOU, just remember...
Noah was a drunk
Abraham was too old
Isaac was a daydreamer
Jacob was a liar
Leah was ugly
Joseph was abused
Moses had a stuttering problem
Gideon was afraid
Sampson had long hair and was a womanizer
Rahab was a prostitute
Jeremiah and Timothy were too young
David had an affair and was a murderer
Elijah was suicidal
Isaiah preached naked
Jonah ran from God
Naomi was a widow
Job went bankrupt
John the Baptist ate bugs
Peter denied Christ
The Disciples fell asleep while praying
Martha worried about everything
The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once
Zaccheus was too small
Paul was too religious
Timothy had an ulcer...
AND Lazarus was dead!
No more excuses now!! God can use you to your full potential. Besides you aren't the message, you are just the messenger.

It's so easy to make excuses isn't it? But not only does God forgive and wash us whiter than snow, but he uses the very least of these to do his work.
Thank you Kathryn for your encouraging words. I am so very thankful He does wash us clean!
Have a blessed weekend!
This was really fun, Nicole.
How do we know that Timothy had an ulcer??
I am constantly thankful that God chose to use "real" human beings - with all their flaws and faults - to do His good work, and to accomplish His good purposes.
And I'm grateful that He chooses to use me, too!
GOD BLESS!
Thanks Sharon.
I'm not sure about the ulcer, guess they got it from 1 Timothy 5:23
"No longer drink water exclusively, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments."
Guess they figured that was an ulcer
I am so thankful God loves us with all our flaws too! and yes I am very thankful He chooses me too!
God bless you too and I hope you have a great weekend!
