Not connecting

Last night I plugged in my phone to charge it and it showed it was being charged then this morning I woke up and it was totally dead.  If you don't make sure you really get it connected right it just won't work.
That's kind of like when we go through our life and don't really connect with God.  How many times have we gone through the day not really connecting with God or even when we are just too busy to do our daily study, then the rest of the day just seems to go so slow, so empty.  We all need to make sure that we make that connection with God and really take the time to sit and spend with Him.
